Welcome back to the PRIDE study!

• You have an opportunity to continue your participation in the PRIDE Study!

• This new phase of the study has 3 parts:

  • Part 1: Complete your sixth survey of the study between April 3rd and April 16th, 2023

  • Part 2: Complete brief daily surveys for two weeks between April 17th and April 30th, 2023

  • Part 3: Complete your final survey of the study in April, 2024

• Keep your eyes out for an email or a text message inviting you back to the study on April 3rd, 2023

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: When will I get my next survey?

A: If you rejoined the PRIDE Study in April 2023, then you will receive your next survey in April 2024.

Q: I’m having technical difficulties with the survey…help!

A: For any help with technical issues or other survey troubleshooting, please reach out to us via email (arclabwsu@gmail.com) or text message (313-548-0181)‬. When you contact us, please describe the issue you’re having so that we can best help you troubleshoot!

Q: When will I get my gift card for taking the surveys?

A: For your sixth survey, you should have received your $10 e-gift card within one week of completing your survey. For your two weeks of brief daily surveys, you should have received your e-gift card within two weeks after finishing the 14 days of surveys.

The e-gift cards will be sent via email. Sometimes these emails might end up in your junk/spam folder, so please double-check there. If you still have not received the e-gift card after a week and you’ve checked your junk/spam folder, please email us at arclabwsu@gmail.com or text us at (313) 548-0181.

Q: What if I finish my surveys after the deadline?

A: Please make sure to complete your surveys before the final deadlines if you want to continue participating in the study! You will not be able to access the survey after this time.
